processing & printing
stock items ship directly from our warehouse in oxford, mississippi. returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. wholesale orders must be opened with a purchase of $100.00. once account is active, we do not require any minimums for re-orders.
orders are typically shipped in 2-3 business days via UPS ground, but expect longer ship times during holiday seasons. In the event of a possible shipping delay because a stock item is on back-order, we will inform you via email asap. Expedited shipping is available for additional fees and must be requested. once an order is placed online, we will accept and add the shipping fee before processing payment.
our custom design services are mainly reserved for our wedding and business clients. a great amount of thought and time goes into creating a custom order and/or design, so for this reason, custom orders are reserved for certain situations. we offer a variety of options and try our best to work within all budget types. please don't hesitate to contact us no matter what your budget is to see if we can come up with something great for you. we do offer custom orders for wholesale purchase, but higher purchase minimums are required.
refunds / returns
There are no refunds on personalized product or special ordered product. once you approve your proof via email, the order is processed and no cancellations can be made. we are willing to work with returns and refunds with our wholesale products. each return and/or refund request will be reviewed and decided upon at that time.
All forms of payment are accepted - all credit/debit cards, check and paypal.
